Hi All,

we are a mobile phone company whos target market are:
Professionals, businesses and people who tend to spend a lot on their mobile phone bills.

www.airtimemanager.co.uk

Currently there are alot of websites that sell mobile phone deals and to be honest it is a tough market. with our type of clients we can't really put deals and detailed information as we deal with each client differently based on their monthly spend.

now what I would like to know is, how do we go about approaching the right people online? where do I need to place our marketing material to see conversions.

looking forward to see your suggestions...and thanks again

On the subject of price, I gotta admit, I wouldn't call you to get a price. I find it really off putting that nothing is mentioned. You might want to put even an example there of the lowest possible price, or a general package that most customers go for. When buying something like a phone, I want prices on a screen/paper and don't want to be told them over the phone. A service is another matter, but a phone is a phone is a phone.

Apologies.. didn't mean to ignore you :)

I think I need to make use of the (Notify me when a reply is posted) option more!!! I don't usually tick it, as I tend to come and check my posts every day. But I have been very busy the last few days.

Whilst my mobile bills are very high I am an employee with a corporate phone so not your target market.

On the few side projects/ businesses I have done in the past I have always strongly disliked any company which doesnt give prices (indicitive or actual) up front and will tend to go to competitors who are willing to be open with their pricing structure.
