Suggestions for improving website

Hi, I thought it would make sense to ask for thoughts on our website BEFORE we revamp it. Otherwise it'll be harder to incorporate any suggestions. So, here's the current site:

@Philsy, I've just realised you have posted in the wrong forum. Website reviews can only be requested by Business Members so I need to close this thread.

It's worth upgrading and getting a review because there really are so many things wrong with the site.
