Suggestion for a Start up forum

It is, the word 'general' when used as an adjective means "affecting or concerning all or most people, places, or things; widespread: e.g. books of general interest". So in forum terms if there is no specific forum that covers what you have in mind then providing it is business related it goes in the 'General' forum, if it is non-business related then it goes in 'Time Out'.

However I Googled "Start-up Business Forum" and got 361,000,000 references.

Unless a particular niche is known, it would be very difficult to make a suggestion. Whether you wish to find a list of forums about a particular business, technology, web hosting etc., there can be almost every possible guesses that can be made and a forum on that might exist.
So, if you'd be more specific, people in this community might be able to suggest you accordingly.
