Hey everyone, quick question


Is there an app or WordPress plugin that does the following:

A plumber orders parts for a job, job needs to be completed within 2 weeks from the date of order

Order secures stock and is raised in Quickbooks.

Three days before the order is due to be shipped, it turns into an invoice to be sent to the plumber, (again that updates in QuickBooks) with a payment link, they will receive subsequent reminders for the following three days.

Once the order is paid for then the plumber will receive a receipt

If they don’t pay then the order is cancelled and the product is released back into stock.

Plumber here is just an example, the role could be filled by anyone with a similar process.
