Hello All,
We are very close to starting our business, but a little confused as to the most cost effective solution for a virtual landline number.
The business will consist of three people to start and there is no reason to commit to an office and landline due to the nature of our services. During the early phases we will be reliant on mobiles with comprehensive contracts, but we want to give the impression that we have a fixed office. The ideal solution would be a VOIP number (which we can port to a fixed landline at a later date), which diverts to a virtual receptionist. Although this is entirely flexible, I am sure there must be a more cost effective way of achieving the same level of service?
Ideally I would like each of the mobiles to have a soft phone app and the VOIP to divert to one of the mobiles which is set to accept calls. If all three soft phones are set to 'busy' the VOIP number should then divert to a call answering service which will take a message. Is it possible to do this and if so would it be the most cost effective solution?
I'd love to hear your opinions and suggestions!
Thanks,
