Solutions / Outsourcing / Services - Who uses them?

Hello guys,

I have seen a lot of people on here offer themselves as 'Business Solutions' or 'Business Services' and offer everything from accounting through to business advice through to data entry... basically consulting and outsourcing.

What I was wondering is what types of business use consultancy and mass-outsourcing companies? I.e. a company which can provide IT, Accounts, Data Entry, Call Answering and so on?

On that scale I do not know.

Many small businesses use outsourced IT support as it can offer significant savings over employing somebody full time to maintain a network.

I'm not so sure many companies outsource a whole raft of what they need all to one company. Potentially quite dangerous, I'd have thought.

Many outsource things that they can't do or haven't the time to do themselves. It's how we all exist
