Solictors for leases

Can anyone recommend a solicitor who is both quick and rather cheap? Our old one retired, I am sure there must be a cheaper way than paying £1200 every time. We have a number of leases (20+), all solicitors do is seemingly get in the way

Personally I'd rather go for one that is good at what they do and provides a value for money service.

I can recommend a quick one or a cheap one but not both

and so on ...
You can get any two of the three but getting all three?
Very difficult.
