Hi, been doing all social media platforms for 5 years now and really would like to freelance this out. Aside from Fiverr or Freelancer, can anyone recommend someone or a place I can search for a youngster who’s in the know?
Thanks

You can try UPWORK because there are very limited resources for free account and so, you will get genuine person / freelancers there.
Upwork is full of low quality chancers. It’s a race to the bottom.

If you want someone to look after your marketing property expect to pay a premium price. Which leads to the next question: what do you hope to achieve with you SMM?

Hi, as with everything, funds are limited. I could probably stretch to a freelancer who’s perhaps starting out or I’m the early ish months of being a SMM. I use all the scheduling options to promote across social media platforms but it’s the coming up with content that I not only struggle with but I have less time to do now I’m really heavily involved in the collection developing of my brand. It would be great to have a youngster who’s into all this and help me out on a month by month basis. Thanks for the tip on Upwork

Doesn't really answer the question. What do you hope to achieve with the SMM?

Have your efforts so far brought in lots of targeted leads? Or do you just do this for awareness?

The problem you have is someone cheap will not work hard for the money. You may just get a load of junk posts/tweets/stories that don't achieve anything useful.

A proper SMM campaign needs a lot of careful nurturing. You can't just give it to a Uni student or whatever and expect it to work - you will still be heavily involved.

"Good" SMM is very involved, there's the strategy, the content plan, the actual design work, copywriting, post scheduling and interaction.

UpWork/Fiver offer SMM services in all price ranges, the pro services tend to be considerably more expensive than your basic packages.

Some offer a "one size fits all" strategy, others provide a bespoke strategy based on research and competitor analysis.

Some rely on you to provide the content and they design around it, others create the content and the designs.

Some rely on you to post while others schedule the posts for you.

Some like, reply and filter the comments section while others require you to do that.

Age has nothing to do with how much someone charges, it's about expertise and the value they provide for you

An agency specialising in social media lead generation will cost considerably more than an agency that does generic, one size fits all designs because the amount of hours involved is considerably higher, the value they provide for you is considerably higher and therefore their cost will be considerably higher.

Many agencies (including mine) also offer Social Media Support packages, where managing your social media accounts is a collaborative process instead of 100% outsourced, the packages are designed based on how many hours are required so you might find something in your price range, I am happy to discuss at any time.

I did not use any platforms like this to get projects but i listen online that its a bit better than freelancer. Its new line for me about upwork, may be you are right.

I agree because i used once this types of offer and they copy contents from article directory and use to create very poor backlinks by create web 2.0 property or profile backlinks (Even they copy casino contents also and add general website link in mid of casino contents). They named it contents marketing service while for content marketing if you will create only 10 unique contents then it will charge $50 to $100 at least and spammer offering this for $20 or $30 for 100 to 1000 high quality backlinks ?

Those type of websites are very hit and miss to put it lightly.

You're better off hiring an assistant or outsourcing via an agency.

If you want minimal involvement, depending on your business, it can work, but you'll want to oversee the results at least weekly.

We send our clients weekly KPIs.

Some of our clients are not involved, and others have some involvement i.e. sending a video once a week or tweaking posts to add extra details about an event etc.

Its good for brand awareness the most engagement I have seen was when were involved in raising money for cancer treatment for a local girl . After this experience I decided to forget about gaining business from Sm and try to do some good.

If I post some nice pictures of our new vans nobody takes any notice
When I post up our older vehicles telling people about how many miles they do People love it:):)
Hence the hash tag #retrocouriervan belongs to me :)
