So the (junior) Apprentice is back on...

Anyone have their favorites to win?

My favorite has to be Zoe the young blonde, just seems to have a real gift of the gab.

The boys seem to be abit of an embarrassment....

:):):)

i agree with zoe seeming like the best, although there's 2 other girls who seem to have potential but haven't yet had their chance to shine, as for the lads, the one who got fired seemed like he was one of the better ones, the little one who was sat to his left when Lord Sugar fired him seemed like the one who should have got fired, not sure about the others but will be interesting to watch.

I didnt know it had started again, tbh the fact that its 16 yr olds is a turn off to be honest it wont be half as good,

The last thing i wanna watch is all the adults sayin "look how well they did for 16" blah blah,

the contestants are BS they are all ignorant and with no business sense if they let me participate next year there will be no competition:rolleyes:

Zoe is good looking as well, doesnt look like a 16-17 year old:p

east london lad that sells on the markets could be the only hope for the lads. The young guy that was fired didn't seem good at first just seemed to lack in people managment skills although who was good at managing people when they where 16?

I think i mite order a pizza and watch it actually, just to laugh at them :D

Don't think it's right to laugh at them, taking their age into account they are quite business savvy when compared to the average 16 year old who's usually more concened with getting drunk or playing on the xbox. i imagine they will become sucessful people when their older. Dragons Den will always be the best business show on TV though :D

I would not be buying cheese from a dodgy looking bloke dancing with a poodle outside Waitrose.

Actually, the moment when he was fired was the best part of the episode for me... I was "totally utterly" glad as I couldn't stand him anymore..

What exactly was the last thing he said? "In 5 years I'm going to be bigger than Lord Sugar"? or something like that?...

Its something that is unlikely but he has more chance of that than winning the lottery and how many people play that a week?

Well I am not pretending to be a millionaire out of my chocolate business. it is a start up but believe me I am making a profit not like them a loss. However I have more income streams so don't worry about me!!!

Gary I am not even sure what this means:rolleyes:

God what a boring program after series one,

Any person worth a place on the series would have seen how not to do it and learnt from the 3 or 4 years of programs, but they never do, The tasks are basically the same each year mainly simple selling tasks like this one selling cheese

Like most of these TV series contestants are selected on who will wind up the audience most to make TV and not on their skills required to do the job

Got bored with it a long time ago. It is the worst kind of crass, voyeristic, stupifyingly banal tv with the usual undercurrent of bullying and cruelty. I will be listening to Radio 4 or reading a book instead

Mmmmm....Talking about the adult contestants, got it in one!

Plain horrible - very sweet for Sugar, sour reflection on him and his business. Dim witted, nasty, inept candidates, tempted to pay them £100k to disappear .

Interesting you should say that, if you read Richard Bransons "stripped bare" book, he states that in Alan Sugars contract, it explicitly states that he must use the line "you're fired".

In the first episode of the Junior apprentice he uses the phrase "with regret, you're fired". It's pretty see through stuff, fabricated for good TV viewing but he can obviously see the negative effects he will have on a young impressionable business person. Pretty irresponsible of the producers if you ask me.
