Silly question. Leaflets - 1 sided or 2?

I'm putting together an A5 leaflet for another business I'm involved with.

All the info would fit on to 1 side, without (I think) overfilling it. I could do something on the reverse but wanted to see if it was necessary.

Is there a view on 1 sided over 2 - ie. that 2 sided is better?

The first thing people do (in my experience) is look at the reverse of a flyer when they pick it up. I have one size with brief detail, logo and such like then the main leaflet is the other side. This works well, in my opinion! :)

When we first gave out flyers at exhibitions, I also noticed that a lot of people picked them up and then turned them over to see if there was anything on the other side, so I used the other side for additional information, rather than making the info I already had fit both sides.

I like having one side displaying whatever information you're portraying and the other having some fun-ish facts about your industry, event or whatever. Something light hearted and fairly interesting. That way, you're not just advertising but you're also engaging people with something that they will (hopefully) find interesting

Shouldn't cost any more to print, so do not waste the opportunity!
