Shopify - returns apps recommendations?

Can anyone recommend a good returns app for Shopify that integrates with Royal Mail?

So many of the returns apps are not UK-centric... or can't work how it I need it to work.

App developers look for where the money is. And the UK doesn’t have a big enough user base for then to recoup their costs.

Which means you may well have to pay for a custom app.

How many returns are you getting?

Do you have RM Tracked returns on your OBA account?

What is it you want the app to do?

We get about 100 returns a month, perhaps? Yes, we have RM Tracked Returns set up. The kind of features I want are:

1. Ability to set up return rules (e.g. do not allow return of certain products, e.g. by product type or tag).
2. Auto-approve return requests - apart from for faulty/wrong item sent reasons
3. Manually approve faulty/wrong items sent return requests - image upload in portal
4. Ability to edit wording used in the return flow to ensure consistency
5. Email notifications - ability to edit these (using HTML)
6. Generate Royal Mail labels (customers pay for), prepaid (we pay for), our own choice of courier
7. Allow 'manual' exchanges

At this stage, I don't need auto-refunds/auto-exchanges. Primarily, I want to make the experience smoother. Currently, we ask customers to email us with their return request and they need to wait for us to email back.

I am UK based and use Loop Returns - Don't know if this is helpful for you.
