You know what i'm starting to think it was a bad idea joining in the discussion trying to offer a little help to someone
Simple equation ladies and gentlemen is that the site is about teddy bears, actually personalised teddy bears - if your site is about teddy bears then surely the homepage should be targeted to teddy bears
if you look quickly at the site (presuming you know what you're looking for) you should very quickly spot what the owner of the site is trying to do and from there you can do "keyword research" using teh tool that justinmarch provided once you have a comprehensive list of keywords so that you can identify potential search volumes.
And for Stampy - The site would not be targeted for All occasions spelt correctly or incorrectly - It would be targeted for Teddy bears and also a more targeted but less searched for and less competitive term "Personalised Teddy Bears"
Leave in or take out All Occasions - That's purely asthetic and pulled from the sites homepage.
Oh and Stampy by the way, just a quick question when optimising a website do you only ever optimise the homepage? Are there not more than 1 pages on a website that can be optimised? And woudl you optimise more than 1 page for the same terms
I could actually go on with this but would rather not, I think the post is now moving off topic into an SEO Consultant Showdown
