Every page on my site is accessible via a main menu however, on many pages I also have links to other site pages, e.g. 'some of our other products' etc. These are just dotted about as reminders of what we provide.
Can this 'weaken' the strength of a page in SEO terms? In other words, if I have a page focussed/optimised on printed envelopes, will having links to other product pages, (other than in the main menu), lessen the impact of that page.
I do the same with tutorial pages. If I've written an article on how to prepare a business card for print, I'll have links to other similar tutorial pages at the bottom of the page, but not sure if that 'harms' the page in any way.
I'm sure it's more useful for the visitor doing things this way but wondered if Google sees it favourably.
I suppose I could just have some text that says 'see the main menu for other tutorials' etc?
What do the experts think?
