Liam, you have had loads of advice in a number of threads from lots of people. If you want to build your business you need help. That help costs money, it's how people make a living.

Or how about this, I build you a website and rank you #1 for free and you do all my deliveries for free.

Be aware of Google's doorway page update (googlewebmastercentral.blogspot.co.uk/ 2015/03/an-update-on-doorway-pages.html) . If something sounds easy then it is likely to be the wrong thing to do in terms of SEO. Quick link building or mass creation of pages isn't going to enable you to achieve higher rankings.

Our best advice would be to switch your focus from rankings to improving the quality of your website. Are you more focused on trying to please Google or trying to please your website visitors (i.e. customers)? The customers needs should come before that of Google. Google doesn't want you to try and 'beat' the algorithm, if this is your approach then join the list of millions of other companies trying to do so, instead focus on creating a website that reflects the quality of your business and don't try to rank higher on Google. After all it's like paying for a shop on the high street without bothering to invest in the appearance of your shop, even if you are on the high street it doesn't mean that people will buy from you.
