We send out 2 emails a week to over 50people and when we send the emails you can see everyone elses email address how do we stop this would we need to get another bit of software if so what ?
Creating a mailing list in cPanel control panel would be the perfect solution to suffice your requirements. cPanel would also help you with managing the list efficiently. This would erase the possibility of email-ids being visible to the list of people whom you send the emails.
You may contact your hosting provider to get an insight on this solution. Or if you are still unclear and wish to know more information please let us know here. We would be glad to assist your with it.
I'd recommend one of the free bulk email web tools such as mailchimp. I personally use a premium edition of constant contact but there are some freebies around that are pretty good because you can put people on different lists, alter your templates, alter your content, track open rates and click through rates etc.
Vertical response and aweber are other recommendations but check out the anti-spamming rules with 3rd party data lists or using generic email addresses such as sale@ info@ etc.
