Seeking Recommendations on Call Answering Services

Looking for recommendations for a call answering company who can handle calls when lines are busy or when nobody is available.

We can program out phone system to divert to the call answering service when we need to.

What we need:

• 24/7 cover
• Take messages and email
• Check if someone available and transfer call
• Direct to self help and online ticket system if enquiry is regarding a web order

Contacted a few I found on Google and each one has taken longer than a day to respond which does not provide confidence.

I use answer.co.uk - I'm very happy with them but don't know if they provide what you want

My recommendation would be Moneypenny - they're great!

answer.co.uk wouldn't transfer callers but JAM (the same company) would.
