I run an online retail grocery store serving my local area and I am looking to expand to new locations. However, I'm having trouble finding an affordable logistics partner that won't drive up costs and deter customers. I've considered working with a local logistics company that offers competitive pricing, but I'm hesitant because their reviews are mixed, and I'm not fully confident in their services.

Does anyone have ideas on how I could solve this issue or suggestions for reliable logistics partners? I've looked into a few options, including DHL, DPD, and M&H Carriers, but I'm open to other recommendations as well.

Probably the best way would be to use an Uber eats or Deliveroo type of set up.
If your deliveries are too big for them than the company with mixed reviews would be your best option. In my opinion I'm not surprised if they have negative reviews if they are in the very low budget end of the market
I think you might be asking for a bit to much ie very low cost /quality service you can never have both

Most logistics companies just wont get involved as it is totally unviable
