I need to scan some artwork/old photos. Can anyone here recommend a good scanner that would do the job?

I have an Epson Perfection 3490 Photo and am happy with it.

I recently bought an HP Scanjet 4670 scanner - it's a flatbed scanner which is on a stand and used vertically. The beauty is that although it scans A4 size, it comes off the stand and you can scan A4 sections of larger items and then use the included software to rejoin the sections. Although I haven't used this function myself I have had impressive recommendations of it from people I trust.
