Sales Agents - Commission Only

I am looking for five sales agents on a commission only basis. Can anyone suggest great sales people to work from home? If so I want to hear from you.

I have posted on sales agents elsewhere on here. I have real concerns about the sales agents market in the UK. Although this is a popular and reputable way of working in the US, I think our different culture and economy don't make it so relevant here.

I know someone who has dipped into sales agents before and he said of the 3 - 5,000 agents that AgentBase and the British Agents Register list, probably only 100 are very active and very good. Agency sales is an easy thing to dip into for out of work sales people -- and the problem is, out of work sales people are often not very good, hence their predicameny. A good sales person will rarely have any problem finding a company willing to pay them substantial sums to work full-time.

I would personally advise you pay someone to do the job and take a look an outsourced sales organisations whose reputation you can easily check out first.

With all due respect as a Sales Agent for nearly 30 years I would have to say the problem is usually with the company the agents work for.

Once deal flow has been established they try to wriggle out of continuity payments and the relationship falls apart. Even with great agreements, problems always seem to arise from the companies side. Of course Agents aren't all angels either.

You are right in stating the figures on active agents, there are very few.

I need to promote my business in the construction, refit and maintenance industry. We supply professional coatings for fire protection, decorative and hygienic coatings that are used within commercial offices, retail stores and clean rooms.

We are a new company with over 30 years experience in this field, we have worked indirectly for many refit companies in the UK like "Overbury" & "Wates" however we want to establish our selfs directly as there is more money to be made.

We currently have quotes out there for £15,000 for clean rooms in a central London hospital, £45,000 for lift re coating & colour change and a underground car park ceiling,wall and floor coatings for £14,000 also for same company a internal window frame colour change £30,000 we will pay commission on opportunity like this at 10% of gross figure and then 5% on any recurring orders for 2 years (the 5% is for 12 months 7.5% for 6 mouths and then 10% for the remainder of the 2 year period).

This is not a full time role but one that should be added to a portfolio of potential commission streams you never know were or when the opportunity may arise to create benefit for my company and your self. Even if you arrange the agent deal for your wife to take advantage of the tax allowance or even the allowances of a son/daughter in uni.

It is on a self employed bases and any one within your networking group or family may register with us. However the recurring revenue that may arise from your contact/s will only be paid to the introducing agent on the submission of your invoice.

This is not complicated you may have a contact in your family that may prove beneficial to my company even old & current work college, golfing partner's, contacts at the sports club or just a chance meeting in a bar who knows.

With bank accounts you only get interest on the money you hold in your account, with sales you only get paid once you sell something and so on, to pay for a lead is not within my nature or business policy, however any lead you send me that generates my company revenue will certainly provide in the first instance commission of 10%, and potentially extended revenue for any other orders the customer makes with us within a 2 year period.
