Room booking plugin suggestions please

Hello all,

I'm currently running Pinpoint Booking System on our Business Centre website for all internal tenants and external clients to book meeting rooms by the 30 min slot. But it's glitchy and I'm constantly getting UI complaints.

I do need to take external payments and give the internal tenants access to book the rooms for free either via a code or login.

Do you know of any others that would fit the bill?

For payments, some of my clients use Shopify and if I search online "Does Shopify have a booking system", I can see it does. I have dipped in a few times for my clients, when they want things changed around and have had a good experience with the Shopify support team. This may be worth a look. However, there would be a cost associated with it. I redirect this part (Payment required) of my clients websites to the Shopify Site, as I do not want to take the payment (fraud) risk.

I had another client that uses Wordpress and wanted a Booking System and I found a system called Koalendar that took me under 10 minutes to install for them and it can also be integrated with Google Calendar as well, so this may also be worth a look into. There is a free version, if you wanted to simply look at it and play around with it. The paying version takes payments, which works out at around £80 (If paid annually).

That aside, although Shopify is a well known product, both Shopify and Koalendar have no contact address listed (& the PinPoint software product address in the US is listed as one of hundreds / thousands of tech companies in a small building in the middle of nowhere in Delaware. There other address in Estonia does not have the same results, but is worth looking at), so you may also want to research this area if using a software plugin that takes payments. Food for thought! How safe are your clients payments using a system where you cant contact the company with ease that made the product, if you had problems around fraud and hacking.
