Returns Extension?

As we grow our site, we are inevitably starting to receive a larger amount of returns. Although the % return rate is well below the industry average, we're keen to make sure that the customer experience is positive.

At the moment, the customer clicks a link on the website that takes them to the Royal Mail where they generate a pre paid label. What we would like them to do, is to raise a return on our own website, which will generate the returns label without them having the need to leave the site. Ideally, the customer would then be able to monitor the return and receive an automated acknowledgement confirming refund or exchange.

We've looked at the Amnasty and Weltpixel options but were wondering if anybody has any suggestions as to how we may achieve our objective.

TIA

Thanks for taking the time to reply.

We're aware of the current availability of RMA functionality, but what we're looking for specifically is the ability to integrate with the RM site so that the customer can do everything on our site, without having to leave.

Amasty offer an extension that allows this with fedex, UPS etc but not the Royal Mail. They're currently looking into offering this for us, but I'm interested to see if anybody else uses other solutions.

Do you have someone to manage the returns?

If yes, it will be down to them (or your cost) to get comparability.

There are a few reverse logistics companies that offer a Magenton plugin.
