Restauranteurs and/or Cafe Owners

Hi All,

Just wondering if anyone could give me some ball park figures for gas and electric usage.

I am in the middle of a business plan for a cafe/take out and can't seem to get a quote online as i don't know any usage figures.

hi, thanks for your reply. i have been considering that however i don't think a local cafe or restaurant will be the correct estimate for usage, and as such may as well estimate it myself. On the other hand, the outlets i think would be more similar are chains/franchises and so it would be impossible to find out.

if you're looking for a supplier then you can go by the price per KW ,mine is 7.3 pence per kw(electricity).
if purely to see how much is going to cost you then,tell me what sort of machines(panini grill,coffee machine,warmer display.....etc) you're using and i can tell you roughly using my shop.

Yes so I've got quotes for prices but rather than working out the cost of everything i am just estimating. I found another thread from an owner and that gave me a few figures but if you could let me know your usage that would be fantastic.
machine wise - coffee machine, gas hob/oven, warmer display, cooler display, fridge, freezer, juicer. thats all i can think of off the top of my head!
