Hi,
New to this so please be gentle..!

I have a website I'm developing which requires suppliers. I'm looking for the dapper and bohemian/casual twist (I know ! I have the idea its just find the correct suppliers). Would anyone have any ideas how to find the correct supplier please ?

I've been sitting on this for far too long 2020 is the year to finally get this moving.

Suppliers of what? Raw materials, designs, products?

Find the brands you are looking for. Contact the brand owner, find out who the local stockist for the goods wholesale is and what you need to do to become a stockist.
Plenty of brands have limitations / requirements to meet.

I'm looking for clothing suppliers for the website dapperrogue.co.uk
But the clothing world seems are one to get into as they are either online them selves or looking for large commitments ie shop space or min order which is hard to stock.

Or you could look at the wholesalers they supply. They will know who buys from them.
Think the minimum purchase I can do of clothing wholesale is 1 item. Be dead expensive to order 1 item but supplier will play along.
However if brand doesn't want you selling you have problems.

The way I see it you have three choices:

You can approach UK suppliers of the clothing styles you like. However, as you have experienced these will already have their own websites and their wholesale min orders will be quite high.

You can go on Alibaba and buy straight from China. Minimum orders will vary, but so will quality, delivery times etc. However, you will be buying direct from manufacturers/wholesalers.

You can approach small suppliers on marketplaces like Etsy. They will have very small min orders, but the margins (for you) will also likely be very small.
