I am more BBQ sauce (and variants) and Worcester Sauce doesn't go amiss too with certain stuff.
So I cannot vote for either.
It's a crap software glitch! It won't let me vote for both!
Steve, I would say it depends very much on what's being 'sauced'.
For instance, a dash of red sauce does wonders for a beef & cockle smoothie whereas I do love lashings of brown sauce with my home-made rice pud.
Hope this helps![]()
check the sauce code.
Anyway red beats brown everytime. So versatile in cooking.
you use tomato sauce in cooking? I thought it was about making bland food taste better.

Have you looked in Oxford? In a posh(ish) hotel a few years back we had a buffet breakfast with 'Oxford sauce'.
It was like a richer version of brown sauce and really amazingly lovely.
Haven't been able to find it since.

Ahh, cmon guys, HP does not make a bacon sandwich, neither does other sauce!
Get some decent bacon, some lovely fresh bread and a good tasting butter/spread... you don't need any sauce, what is the point of masking the bacon taste!? A nice cup of coffee to wash it down with![]()
When my dog dog rolls in foxes crap as she does when she can - brown or red sauce works well as a smell neutraliser.I rub it in like a shampoo, then wash it off.
