Hi all, anyone had much success getting their rates reduced? Who would you recommend as a consultant to do this on our behalf? Preferably covering entire Midlands area, East and West.

Compare it with similar local properties
Submit a "Check" case online if you think there is an error

Try that before using a company.

I have used Altus before. They take 30 % of the savings i think. But it was worth it still.

There are others who do what Altus do also.

I too have used Altus, did get a result with the. Be aware that they will haggle the %. We paid 25%
