Hi There

We are moving into a new office next week and need a simple printer/scanner. Will be used by 3 people, connecting to laptops prob via wifi. B&W mainly, some colour.

Looking for something with sensible ongoing ink costs.

(Have been using a Dell laser printer, which is great, but worn out, prone to paper jams, and not wifi.)

Any suggestions??

Laser printers are pretty good with ink these days.

You don't say how much you are willing to spend but we use the HP LaserJet Pro 100 color MFP M175nw. This has wifi so saves us the hassle of extra wires everywhere. They cost around £225.

Looked into this a few months ago and went with an Epson WP-4535.

Laser speed from an inkjet at less than 1p per page costs. 3400 page cartridges available for around £30.

ADF, scanner, wi-fi, remote print, decent software and regular Epson updates et.c but a main reason to buy as well as the other features was the proper inclusive 250/500 sheet paper cassette rather than something where you had to keep taking the paper out.

I paid around £160 but got £60 back from Epson and for the money is the best printer I've bought.

Looks good. Am I right in thinking it's hot 2 paper feed trays? I'm looking for something new and want one for plain and one for letterhead this time so I don't have to keep switching.
