Try LLU if available, combined line rental and up to 8MB broadband for £19.99.

Standard analogue line at £10.99 p/m

Stay clear of signing up longer than 12 months, you don't need to. watch terms and conditions, watch the 'fake' signing up dates and especially watch those who automatically roll you into a 3 year deal. Happy to tell you over the phone on who to avoid.

Stick with those Telecom companies who are UK based. Never one for off-shore support as they can hardly pop round!

If your business is Mon to Fri, you only need level care 1 - Watch as some companies put level care 2 on the lines at as extra cost and tell you it's needed - rubbish!

I would be inclined to avoid BT (unless you are willing to travel to India to sort any problems). I think 02 do land lines and broadband now, I have a couple of 02 Broadband lines and although generally very reliable, when there has been a problem, outstanding support. You also get a discount if you have an 02 mobile. if this helps click thanks

I'm happy to recommend Voipfone - particularly if a landline isn't suitable for you, or you want multiple numbers or any advanced PBX/ACD features as it supports a fair few things!

yes i use voipfone incoming service over a PBX system. works well Voipfone are better then the rest.
