Recommend a WP directory

Can anyone suggest a good wordpress directory plugin to use for a directory website?

And also has anyone got any website links for a directory website using wordpress that they think looks good and works well?

This one is pretty decent: http://wordpress.org/plugins/business-directory-plugin/

Takes a bit of getting used to but once you have set everything up it works well. But I'd try all of these:

Everybody is different and what like in a directory you may think is pants.
