Reading through my employment contract

I see the standard things like pay details, holiday entitlement, auto pension, sick pay, notice period, etc.

I did not see any benefits like health insurance, bonuses or perks.

Is that normal?
I've usually had a job with a few perks. Don't mean to come across a certain way.

Sounds like you don't have any of those things. Were they discussed when you were offered the job?

If not, then that is because, in common with a great many very contented people, you do not have them.
