Hi,

I have not posted for a while and I am looking into a piece of software that organizes the placement of Temporary Staff with clients. Clients can be Companies, Schools, Hospitals, Restaurants, Care Homes, and many other types of Organizations. The software allows the user to assign Pay Rates and Invoice rates for specific jobs to clients. Staff are then placed or assigned, to your clients at that job rate in just a few clicks. Allowing the user to track temporary placements very easily.

I have no idea who are the market leaders in such software and interested to hear from members in this area of business.

Another question I would like to ask you, is the approx cost per month such a piece of software would fetch a recruitment agency etc.

Check out UKRecruiter.co.uk - there are recruitment software companies on there.
They usually charge £50+ per user per month if it's web based but depends on the company and the requirements.

I would also consider a mainstream CRM product such as dynamics CRM - £45 per user per month and can be customised to cater for almost any circumstance with help, including what you describe.
