Quick Survey - Disability Shop

If you have a minute I would really appreciate help with gaining responses to a quick survey that I have done for someone who is researching the market with a view to setting up a Disability shop

It's for a client of mine but I am doing this one discounted/almost for free as seems like a good idea. Her thoughts are that a lot of disability products go hand in hand with high pressure selling in own homes and she wants to offer a comfortable environment for people to try products

It's a new area for me in terms of marketing. My son was in a wheelchair for a few years so have a little bit of personal experience on difficulties etc and I think I get what she is trying to achieve.

At this stage I have encouraged her to go through research with an open mind.
