I like the pics and think they are a good representation of the ongoing debates around inbound versus outbound.

Some of you may be interested in this blog article I have written today called "Is Cold Calling Dead?" :)

I honestly don't think that one method is better than the other as it's more about the right fit for that business and whatever the target audience is but there are loads of overlaps between outbound cold calling and inbound lead generation :)

My problem with the pics is that they were taken from the (PR1) website of an unknown, a failed US college student wannabe. He was using them to demonstrate the opposite view and in a different context. They were used here as though they were a citation of something important. :rolleyes:

But that is not what is being discussed in this thread Maxine. We are (were) discussing the effectiveness of the TPS and CTPS but somehow it was twisted into a jaundiced defence of cold calling and an attack on Internet marketing (not by you I hasten to add).

Can anyone tell me what the merits of Internet marketing have to do with this discussion?? :|:|
