Programmable Invoice Creation

Hi, I run a small property maintenance buisness. I send out around 800 invoices every quarter to the same customers who are contracted to us. The invoices are currently done manually.
I am looking for a platform that will allow me to generate similar invoices every 3 months with simple additions. For example: a roof of a block of flats is repaired for £800.00 and when the invoice is received and I enter it on my system the 8 owners of that building will each have £100.00 added to their invoice for their apportioned share of the cost.
Can anyone recommend a company that offers this type of invoice generation?

I started reading your post and at that point Accounts Portal is perfect, but it wont deal with all of your requirements.

Still worth a look if no one suggests just what you want, and certainly quicker than doing it manually.

You may find a project management system that allows both split client billing and repeating billing.
But you may find these expensive or overkill depending on your needs.

It may be a good idea to reach out to fellow property management firms and see what they use, there may be some frequenting this forum, but you may find it better in a trade association.

If you want a 'cheap and cheerful' level of automation then a spreadsheet with some scripting ( a macro ) may be the easiest way to go with that generating an upload into your accounting system of choice to create the invoices.
