Product Stock Control

Ok, i now have a fairly large amount of stock that i need to keep track of.
What stock control system do you use and can you recommend any for a small business???

Doesn't you ecommerce package help you manage stock levels?

 

Yeah, it manages stock levels but i wanted something to sort out cost prices retail prices, profit / loss, buying details invoices etc
