Hi All,
We have a roofing product that we are bringing to market which we also carry out the installation. In order to compete within the market place, we need to be able to supply a single guarantee covering both workmanship and the product guarantee varying from 10 - 25 years. 25-years is a long time and so the wording needs to spot on.
Are there any companies out there that would specialise in the wording of gurantees? Or, is this type of document written by a certain type of solicitor?
