Problem finding insurance for second hand dress agency

Have received really helpful advice in past from you all so looking to see if any suggestions-I'm planning to open a second hand clothes shop(dress agency) and will need public liability along with insurance of windows and contents insurance. It's proving veyr difficult to obtain insurance as most companies won't insure second hand clothes shops-would be really grateful for any suggestions.
