Since the latest Microsoft update last week, one of my deskjet printers doesn't want to print anymore although it is working for photocopying and scanning.
It won't print any PDFs at all and for other documents it only prints the left third of the page.
I've checked all the printer settings and they are correct. I've checked the HP website for updates and there are none for my printer.
I have another HP printer (an older one) attached to a newer computer which was unaffected except that it is feeding two sheets of paper for every page it is printing which it didn't before the update.
Both computers are running Windows 7 and using Firefox as the browser. I am reluctant to change browsers because everything is working nicely in FF at the moment and not in the other browsers.
Is there anything else I should try or should I just bin it and buy a new one?
