I'm in a way interested on how the adult chat lines and text services are operated and how they are started up I've been researching into them for the past couple of days and so far I haven't come up with anything noteworthy. I have the money, the employees and anything else needed to do start up

I want to start it up myself and run it completely I dont want to be paying any middle men/women any of my earnings. The alternative is I call in lawyer who is a specialists in these adult business but, I don't want to be paying the said individual if there only gonna give me some bad news. having an idea on how everything works, how much is gonna cost, the regulations I have to abide will be of a great help to me and what kind of banking services ill be needing to use.

Before you do anything read through this.

You cannot just set up and make money.There are regulations to comply with.
iirc you will need a third party to operate any such service as it cannot/could not be done by individuals.
You also need to look into what the telecoms keep back,what the provider charges as a fee for providing outpayments.I also recall one company I looked into would only pay out after 30 days.
PS Several company websites are still referring to ICSTIS as being the governing body of the telecoms industry.This was changed in 2007,so be aware of any company that does not really know what is going in within the industry.

I'm really surprised adult chat lines and text still exist. Hasn't that all been killed off by the internet and social media? Every app seems to have chat available on it - ok, that's an exaggeration, but you get the point.
