Pls recommend sms payment gateway

Hi I have done a bit of research on SMS gateways and I am aware that a lot of these providers are members here. I need views from current users about the following providers:

1. Clickatell
2. Essendex (seem to suit power users)
3. Txtlocal
4. Textmarketer

My initial usage will be around 400 or more per month need a competitive rate per message to the UK only with an easy to use developer API. Usage is bound to increase on a monthly basis I am only interested at the moment in outbound messages.

What are your experience with failure rates? etc

I prefer to know rates inclusive of VAT. If pricing is based on credits do they expire?

Your feedback will be appreciated.

I recommend http://www.txtlocal.co.uk/

I've used them for over a year now, albeit not very regularly, but have never had any failures and very impressed with the easy set-up and the easy to use control panel. Definately worth contacting IMO

I will also recommend with Txtlocal.

We use them all the time for sending texts to our clients. Great, simple to use and very reasonable... oh, and they're members on here as well.

They use a credit-based system and so far we've not had any problems with an expiry date on them.

You may also check the solution offered by Ozeki NG SMS Gateway. You can send 500 sms with he software per second and can be used with PHP, HTTP and ASP as well.
