Who are all these world class experts? Can’t find any details of them on the site. In fact can’t find any details about you.

G-e-t-t-y images will find your site and send you a bill for using the images. It will be a big bill.

What is the point of the images, 3 random images that tell me nothing.

Social media links don't work

terms and conditions don't work

0.5 - 3% commission

"We work on a commission basis. There are no upfront costs to your business, and you only pay if we can make your business profitable."

I've looked the whole site and I'm not sure what you do or how your fees work. A commission on what?

Before you do anything else you need to pay attention to what @NickGrogan said and get rid of, or licence, those iStock/Getty Images.

Is this site pre-production or finished? The missing and mis-directed links don't do anything for its credibility. Having looked through the site, I'm still not clear whether you are offering outsourcing, consultancy, recruitment or all three. This type of site cries out for user stories and examples or an explanatory video.

How can you be 'Everything a start-up needs' without any mention of marketing?

And as @fisicx asks - who are these 'world-class experts'? Sorry to say that the site gives the impression of all front and no substance. "Big hat, no cattle", as they say in Texas.

Can you tell me why a new start up business would take advice from yourselves, a relatively newly named company who last year apparently had no assets and was almost £7k in debt, slightly more than the year before?

I appreciate covid might not have helped much, but even so, you would expect more income from an entry level part time job, yet you have all these experts at your beck and call, so I was expecting some reasonable figures from yourself.

    Hi Guys,

The reason why people should come to me for help and advice is that over the past decade I have worked with a multi-family office handling back-office work. That includes bookkeeping, payroll, compliance, and other such work. The experts that you are asking about are people who I have met over the years in the industry (lawyers, bankers, notaries, IT companies).

With regards to not knowing much about me, or hearing my name. I am an open book. I may be slow in responding as notifications were turned off for this post, but I will answer any and all questions.

I do understand that the website does need updating and that will happen (including social media links etc).

The images have already been licensed with Getty images so there is no issue of licensing issues.

The loss that was mentioned was accrued over many years as the company held several incarnations that were to act shelf company and bank fees etc relating to that, hence why previous incarnations dealt with entertainment.

I hope that this has answered the questions better than the tired response yesterday.

I am available to talk at your beck and call. +44 7941 593 579.

    Kind Regards

    Jon Melamet

I count the words "world-class" being used three times on your home page. That instantly makes me think, who are you trying to convince, us or you? Get a professional copywriter to give your site a once-over.

If I go onto your site, you have about 3 seconds to convince me. The site doesn't do that.

Forget the "Business owners aren't blah blah blah" bit. At least put something at the top to say something like "We help your startup grow". Then it's clear the moment someone lands on the site.

We provide a full-service back office in terms of compliance, payroll, bookkeeping, and accounting as well as offer to run a virtual office via a Teams phone system.

For other services (legal, web design, etc) we will use trusted experts who we have worked with previously or have been recommended by people that we have worked with.

How we charge for our services works in two models:

    1. A pay as you grow model, means that from the monthly profit, a percentage (1-5% {to be fixed on the website}) will be charged on a monthly basis.

    2. A fixed monthly fee to be reviewed every six months depending on the amount of work done for the company.

I will need to speak with my web designers and get this resolved.

Thank you for your help in this Nick.

    Kind Regards

My wife has a recruitment company.

You'll provide compliance, payroll, bookkeeping, and accounting as well as run a virtual office via a Teams phone system and other services (legal, web design, etc), for 1 - 5% of her profit?

So if she makes a loss, she pays nothing?

    With this model, yes.

The core belief is that in the long run, all parties will benefit from the arrangement.

Sometimes it is better to nurture a long-term client for a larger gain by allowing them to grow and to know that we are there to support them.

If the fees become an issue, or the client wants to change the payment model, that is also possible.

I hope that this helps to answer your question.

    Kind Regards

It is indeed the risk. But, the hope for the model is that we will become indispensable to the start-up.

With the clients I currently have, this model is working and we are being asked to help with more things beyond our specialties. There is always going to be a model that works for everyone.

@Jonathan Melamet - so it seems all you are offering is admin and accountancy services with an option to find other providers where needed. There is nothing world class about this and nothing not already available from many others.

Your website needs to be a lot more direct, without all the BS. You also need to be a lot more open about who you are, provide an address and consider a landline number. Right now all I see is a mobile which suggests it's just you working out your bedroom.

When I look at the website, it looks professional. However, the messaging on your website confuses me. If I show you my thought process when I look at your website:

It starts with 'everything you need to grow your startup.' Cool because that brings to mind a whole load of stuff. I'm hiring a marketing person at the moment so I'll have a look at your marketing stuff. And I'm looking at a CRM solution. And an app to seamlessly link to my accounting stuff. And something to help me with new hires.

My next thought is that I'm disappointed because it's not everything I need. It's back office stuff. OK, well I need some back office help at the moment so maybe that's OK.

But hold on a second. The impression from the website is that you will find me an accountant or lawyer for a% of something or other. I genuinely don't understand what this would be.

So my next thought is I can find a lawyer and just pay them. Why pay you on top of that? As a last throw of the dice, I then look to see if you have a video of a customer or 2 on here saying how amazing you are. Nope, nothing. I then think it's a waste of time.

So I understand your proposition is different but I just wanted to show you my thoughts as I jumped on your site. From an initial excitement because visually it looks decent through to disappointment followed by thinking it's a waste of time. Sorry to be harsh but wanted to to give you a real world 'feel.'
