Nope.

Last time I tried all I got was offers of prescripted code. They were hopeless at anything bespoke (which was what I needed).

In the end I used a chap in the uk. Took about an hour to do once briefed and cost me £40. Far better investment than the prevarication I got from India.

I put that so it never meant to be about race - what I was saying is that low cost entry level PHP developers usually found in India or similar countries - you need to have patience.

It never meant to be about race - it's about race.

If it helps you understand, replace the word "India" with "England". Does the same sentence now seem ridiculous? That's because it is.

I do not need to have patience, it would seem I need to speak louder.

I've spoken these words many times with many mods, many posts and threads have been deleted.

The ironic thing is, I work with colleagues in Bangalore who would put shame on the salaries, quality of work, and work ethic of some people on this forum who make generalisations.

I've also worked with some nutters in Bangalore. I'm not about to assume it's because of where they're from.

Please ukbf, think before you post :)

That's because they are experienced and established in their field and are hard to find - they get paid more because they are hard to find so that would tell me the market is saturated with entry level workers which would mean finding someone would be harder.

And who exactly made you the Jiminy Cricket of UKBF; the PC in this place is beginning to get totally ridiculous. RevaxMedia was relaying his friend's personal experience of working in India. It's definitely not cool to shout on a forum because you have read something into a post that wasn't there in the first place.
