Paypal error 500

Is anyone getting this error 500 Server issue tonight when trying to log in to Paypal? I've been trying for the last couple of hours but it won't log me in. I'm still getting payments as I receive the email confirmations so it seems the buyers can pay me but I can't get into my account?

I had deleted the cookies, tried a link to Paypal without the bookmark, etc, and finally I had to close the internet page and open a new one to get it to work - weird!

I have emailed them too but I won't hold my breath, I only got an automated answer to far.

This happened to me once before, your only chance is calling them.

I know this is somewhat delayed here but I experienced this issue a a few days ago, I contacted the PayPal guys and they 'ran some checks' shortly after that all was OK again !

They never got back to me with a solution but when I closed the browser and opened a new one, I didn't have the error again, weird.

I got an error message this afternoon too corrected itself this evening had no problems since

From memory when I contacted the PayPal Merchant Technical Support Team, it sounded as if they knew about it and had a fix....something about cookies and exceptions. Have seen some other posts about this elsewhere and PP have resolved it whatever it was.
