Partnership

I fell out with my business partner last year after I disagree with how it is being run. We had a joint company UTR number, we were VAT registered as a partnership and we were not a ltd company. I have just found out they have taken me off the partnership with inland revenue. Can they legally do this without my consent? Thank you

It sounds as if you need to mug-up on partnership law.

If they 'injure' the partnership, the partnership is over - but the implications are severe and can ruin you.
