    Here is my situation,
I am developing an eCommerce with an ethical point in mind.
I would like to partner to someone to help me to run the business, management, social media, support, etc...

The business will not be profitable in at least 2 years, (my niche is very very very small).
I am not looking for funding.

I could pay you, but I don't want, I am looking for commitment so basically you will work for free because you believe in the project or are ultra bored.

So, if you have free time and you are rich, let me know...

Every time I post something on internet I got banned or people say that I am a troll...

Basically I want a partner who believes in the project not for getting a salary.
The profits will be zero for years anyway.

I am the one who is loosing investing money in this project, I am not going to pay to my partner when I have no salary and I am putting all the funds.

To be honest I don't expect to anyone to apply, and even if he/she does probably I won't like him/her.

As I told my niche is very very very small and my ethics are "different"

Even if I believe in the project I still have bills to pay. Which means I expect you to pay me for my work. The things you list as my responsibilities looks like I do everything.

I meant someone who has a lot of time to waste, sorry english is not my mother tongue. I am not sure if I cannot explain myself properly.
If you are looking for someone committed, then someone with time to waste won't be right for you.

In common with most of these 'business partner' threads, you've fallen into the trap of telling us all about what you expect without giving a single compelling reason to join.

The only people who would respond to this are dreamers and chances

People get rich because they are paid for their skills. What they don’t do is look after social media. The sort of person you want isn’t rich.

Committed ......... just be the right term but for all the wrong reasons if I worked for two years for nothing the wife would have me committed

I think this post needs a rethink.
