Why the Huuuuuuge hero image? It add no value and just gets in the way. You have the form on the right but you haven't yet told me what you do - apart from carparks.

The homepage should list ALL the services you provide - you can use a grid for this.

You need links to case studies - work you have done or are currently done. Even better if you can give evidence that your services have reduced vandalism or reduced insurance costs.

Each of the services pages need a lot more info. On this page for example: https://www.parkingandsecurity.co.uk/mobile-security-patrols.php. How often do you patrol? Once a day, hourly? Do you stop and check all doors on every visit? Do you look through windows? What is this proof of presence? Are you sure about the cost? £2.50 is very cheap for 40 mile round trip, perimeter ingress check.

Phone number is good but it looks like you operate out of a mail drop office.

What do the vans look like? Where are the pictures of your staff?

You need testimonials and lots of evidence that you can do the job.

Why are you linking to FB and Twitter? What value does this add?

Some pages aren't even finished: https://www.parkingandsecurity.co.uk/contact.php (and the map is pointless).

I'm sure you are very good at your job but the site makes you look a bit naff. Did you build it yourself?

This is the good thing about other peoples opinions. I look at it and know there are issues but think some of them are just my personal taste making them into issues. Then i come here and you all pick up on different bits of the issues and point them out again thus reaffirming that they are issues.

Please note that before hiring a security company, your potential customers (well, the sane ones at least) will do a background check on all companies, past and present that you have been involved with. They will be looking for a history of stability and solidity.

I think the sticky header is too big which takes up around a quarter of the visible part of the page on my screen. Looks like someone's been using the "make my logo bigger" cream ;-) the problem is that everything else looks out of proportion. Change the height to 100px and you'll be fine.

There's also a few readability issues, where letters are difficult to read over the top of an image. Other than that, I think it's a pretty cool design.

Thanks @MatMan.

The images at the top are now referred to as hero images.

Following the feedback on here i realised that my liking is definitely not everyone's liking and if its not everyone's liking then my liking didn't matter..

As such I am now fiddling with a wordpress theme and having the site re-jigged substantially. Also putting more content on so there are actually words on the pages.

Your management team...black shadow faces because?...use real faces or get rid.

Also what the flip is the 161 x 161 placeholder image.

Plenty of other things but although the theme is fancy, so many things are wrong with the site. I don't even want to know why Michael Jackson is a testimonial.

As has been said by @The Byre , potential customers will see from Companies House that the company was only formed in July with an issued share capital of £1,
It's not just that!

That's the bit our OP will fall down on!

I work in a market that is just too fast-moving and casual to have contracts for each and every working relationship. If deals go through on a handshake, background checks on the people involved are important. They have to be personally squeaky-clean and have a healthy trading record.
