Paper/MS Word based forms?

Because sometimes a bit of paper is more suited to the task.

Imagine a local show and you are collecting names and emails for a prize draw. Paper forms are quicker and easier.

Our butcher has this order form where you tick what you want next week and enter the date you want to pick up.

You asked about form builders in particular. Most forms connect to a CRM or some other processing application which requires bespoke coding. Jot forms aren’t going be much use if you are apllying for a loan or joining an organisation.

True. Whatever solution, it needs to talk to existing systems (be a database, CRM etc)
