I am on the 365 Exchange server and emails in my subfolders are not showing up on my desktop outlook.

When I click on a subfolder it says "We didn't find anything to show here." If I click on the Properties for a subfolder, it shows

"Last synchronized on 09/5 6:11 pm,

Server folder contains: 29 items

Offline folder contains: 29 items"

Her comes the kicker: Online at outlook.office.com it DOES show all the emails in the subfolders. but I need them to show on 365 outlook app.

I know they used to show and I have not made any rules or filters. Reinstalling 365 as we speak but haven's seen this one. It affects all 4 accounts in there

Try updating or clearing the cache in the app or completely uninstalling and reinstalling the app itself.

The issue is that your view is broken you need to go to view and change the one you have go something else it will sort it self out. :)

I second EmC007's suggestion that this is most likely due to the default cache in Outlook 2019 being 12 months. To change it, click on File > Account settings > Account settings (yes, twice) > double-click on your 365 account, and drag the slider to the right to "show all".
