Online Switch Board System - Help

We use a mobile number on our website because we use Whatsapp/Text a lot with our customers.

We have 3 people in the office each responsible for different areas. We are constantly throwing the phone to one another.

I am looking for a system that when the customer calls our mobile phone, it redirects to a switch board giving option 1, 2, 3 to the relevant person and transfer the call to their number.

Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks

Can’t help with the switchboard but Google indexes these forums a lot. Signatures like your will raise the alarm and whilst no-follow the links could hurt your ranking.

What telephony and other contact systems do you current use? Many (such as Microsoft Teams) have the functionality you describe built in.
