Online property portal exclusive for private landlord

The big property searching websites only cater for estate agents. Private landlords who wish to let their proprieties privately cannot advertise their properties directly on these sites. However, the number of tenants and landlords preferring to rent privately without involving estate agents is increasing.

What chances are there to have an online property advertising portal that allows only private landlords to advertise their properties? The aim would be not only to enable landlords to be in control of letting their properties and allow potential tenants to rent directly from the owner of the private rental properties (cut out the middleman), but also for both parties to avoid extortionate estate agent fees.

I would suggest you re-do your research, if I wanted to list a property on rightmove tomorrow I could do - without the need for an estate agent.

What benefit is there to the tenant of using your site over rightmove where everything is currently listed? You need tenants visiting your site just as much as you need landlords.
