Is there a tool or software which would help me see stats regarding demand for product in specific category? For example, which was the most sold male fragnance within specific month or date range.

Is that possible?

Look under 'Sold' items so you can accurately gather data on sold items, not just the 'completed items' which shows the ones that aren't sold.
